DRYING OVEN WITH UV LAMPS mod. ULTRADRY 2 flat

The lineal tunnel mod. ULTRADRY, has been designed to dry in line UV photo-sensitive paints applied on flat and shaped surfaces. The polymerization process is by means of UV lamps. Those lamps can be positioned in order to dry the paint applied on top and on the edges.

TRANSPORT SYSTEM  Panels are moved by a series of idle rollers motorized by a double row of parallel chains.
 Thanks to the inverter transport speed can be adjusted in continuous through a potentiometer.

U.V. LAMPS  Upper lamps are positioned obliquely in respect to the transport system and can be adjusted on the lamp axis in order to address the UV rays on the upper side of the panels.
 A lamp cooling system allows maintaining the working bulbs at an ideal temperature. This is for a longer life and better performances.
 The power emitted by the lamp is adjustable continuously from the electrical panel.
 The energy saving system sets automatically the lamp at the minimum stand-by power in case of no pieces in transit inside the oven
 The shutter protects automatically the pieces under the lamps in case of feed stop.
