A novelty cigarette dispenser

Attributed to Ronson, c.1940 designed in the form of a bartender shaking a cocktail, the upper section lifts to fan out a circle of cigarette holders. The cylindrical base has a faux tortoiseshell finish with brass accents, while miniature bar tools encircle the top platform. A playful piece of cocktail-era design, combining functionality and whimsy in equal measure.
